"Four second" Rage of Asgard Cycle.

Heven's Fury twice in 5 second rotation

Angelic Smite cooldown reduced to 4 seconds, main Wrath generator.

Signature Damage remains buffed by legendary.

Angela's Signature is reduced to 20 seconds or less.

Always have dashes - Cooldown is 0.3s longer than Dash animation.

All non-sig cooldowns effectively 4 seconds or lower.

Invincible 2.5 out of every 5 seconds. Moving 4 of them.

Requires strict rotation adherence for maximum DPS.

STRENGTHS
Invincible 50% of the time. Signature every 20 seconds. Dash cooldown is 0.8 seconds. High AoE output and very active playstyle. Looks cool as Hel.
Rotation
Enter Rage, Heven's Fury first, Angelic Smite x2, Heven's Fury again, Know My Name and Weep, Rage of Xiphos (let it finish), Smite re-enters Rage.
Sig Reduction strategies.
Loki for 5% Spirit Cost Reduction, Firestar teamup's away benefit for 3%. Mags Medallion for 22%, Boots for 10%. Cosmic affix should handle the rest.
OKAY, BUT AT WHAT COST? BUILD NOTES NOTHING FOR NOTHING

One of the most fun parts of Angela's kit is her ability to leap into the fray with Angelic Smite, and her ability to dart between enemies with Heven's Fury. But what if that was pretty much her entire kit? This is the answer to that rather silly hypothetical. In exchange for the (very serious) trade-off of her legendary not boosting Ichor's Wrath, we can be in Rage of Asgard every four seconds or hop about the map without ever slowing.

Is this worth it?

That's up to you. Examine the pros and cons:

Fast: You never stop moving unless you want to. Ever.

Evasive: Being in Heven's Fury for 50% of your rotation and being able to forever-dash out of it makes you hard to put down.

Significant AoE: You'll be spamming AoE attacks and dashes near constantly, and they will all reposition you.

Reduced Signature Cooldown: Your signature cooldown should be 20 seconds (or less with the right cosmic).

Low Single Target DPS: SAW does not buff non-movement powers. This is a substantial hit to single target DPS.

Difficult Rotation: The four second Rage Cycle rotation is difficult to maintain.

Not Lag Tolerant: Survivability relies heavily on movement.

ROTATION DISCUSSION

When in Rage, Angela can burn 750 Wrath to use Heven's Fury without putting it on cooldown. She can then use Angelic Smite twice in a row, and the first will use her remaining Wrath before it hits, meaning the actual hit will generate 150 wrath, and it will be off cooldown, so she can do it again for 150 more Wrath. She can then use Heven's Fury, Know My Name And Weep, and Rage of Xiphos as they are all off cooldown. If they don't miss, that's another 300 Wrath. Angelic Smite will come off cooldown and add another 150, and Mobile Lab will have triggered 2-3 times during this for an extra 50-75 Wrath. Combined with all the ticks from Lizard Formula and Wrath's general building over time, Angela is now back in Rage. While the time leaving rage and re-entering it was 4 seconds, you will have spent at least another second spending that rage. So while the Rage Cycle is four seconds, your rotation is more like 5 seconds, excluding any dashes.

If you are more worried about Single Target damage than survivability, spamming Angelic Smite will do solid numbers when it brutals, thanks to Soaring Huntress, but the lack of 100% Brutal and execution scaling does hurt it quite a deal compared to Ichor's Wrath.

If you are having a hard time surviving, dashing out of Heven's Fury and Angelic Smite should extend your invulnerability, at the cost of slowing your rotation.
